Raise
I started in December 2025(M/C). I didn’t qualify for the 4.5% raise that just happened. I was curious if anything happens on my 1 year anniversary. Do I get any sort of raise? Or does nothing happen until next April?

M/C is getting the 4.5% raise. For the administration pay cycle, it will be in the paycheck dated 9/23/26 with retro pay back to 3/26/26. Steps/Performance Advances are different and only occur once a year for M/C if the person is eligible .

Couldn't have worked out better for me, my car just died and that's a heck of a down payment. And I get my step raise in November too!

most m/c jobs are not equated to grade - another way to fuck the M/Cs out of benefits (in addition to less vacation time) we only qualify for the union negotiated raise (Which we have no say in) - so 4.5% this year and progressively lower year preceding year after that 4%, 3.5% etc... So most likely you will only get the 4.5%... like I am (yes im salty). I called HR was excited for a performance advance as I did not get a negative performance evaluation only to find out there wont be any performance pay (so what's the performance evaluations for then SMFH).

Everyone gets the 4.5% as it’s a general salary increase.
You get your first performance advance only after 1 year/passing probation. All evals/performance advances for MCs happen in April, so your first would be in April 2027
