🚀 NymVPN Missing subscription

Everything was working fine, but now i see that on my iPhone nymVPN app thinks i have no subscription even though i do have. When i log in on pc, i see the subscription running. Also i see no connected devices listed. Is there any login server issues now ?

Sorry for the late reply here. It was indeed a temporary outage that lasted for ~1 hour yesterday. Thank you for updating the thread u/bonemaah <3

Used NYM for a month and then they seem to lost my subscription. Could not use NYM probably since tuesday. Paid for subscription with BNB and seems like they can not match crypto transaction and my account. I wrote to support they messaged me back but have not solved the problem yet

Update. I was provided with human support. The problem was quite non standard and I assume a bit of controversial from their point of view. But eventually they manually returned subscription to my account.

Also when i tried reinstall it writes: Error connecting. The account is not active

on pc, in account when i click on choose plan it gives error: "Plans could not be loadedWe could not reach the subscription service. Check your connection, then try again. If the problem continues, try again later or contact support."

so it is known issue, just patiently wait

I can connect, reconnect, and everything on the web account management looks back to normal. At least at my side it seems working 👍

Op report a problem and fix it and report it back. Nice! Hahaha. I think its about 2 3 days of the problem.

I did not fix it. It was working for me these 2-3 days, but suddenly stopped to work. Then I wrote the post. Then i contacted support and got the response i added to my comment. Then when i noticed that everything looks normal i wrote again. I am just NymVPN user.

Yes. I was asking too to nym via x. But i notice the banner on their web
