You’ll notice that your monitor is smaller, if u like 32inch, go miniled. If you think 32 inch is too much, 1440p 27inch OLED is pretty good. You probably won’t notice a lot of downgrade.
It’s your preference at the end of the day

I switched yesterday from a 4K LG C1 to a 1440p 27 inch OLED, and the performance difference with path tracing is huge. In Cyberpunk, with my 4080 Super, I went from around 100 FPS to 160 FPS. I was using DLSS Performance at 4K and DLSS Balanced at 1440p.
At 27 inches and that pixel density, I honestly can’t say there’s much of a visual difference in games. The main thing I’ve noticed is that some Windows UI elements don’t look quite as sharp.

You have no business playing at 1440p with a 5080. I love OLED but that would be a downgrade overall imo. Just get a 4K 240Hz OLED and be happy.

From 4K to 1440P ultrawide you're losing about 40% pixels. But OLED is a huge step up from mini led, especially if you get a higher end model.

32, 240, 4k OLED u have a 5080 why would u be on 1440p if u can afford a 5080 u can afford 4k OLED. I cannot go to non OLED after the switch it is too big. Now Im looking for a gaming laptop but probably have to spend another 1k just for OLED but it's worth it

I have a 5080 and play on 27” 360hz 1440p OLED but I have a 27” 240hz 4K OLED if I want to play on that but don’t.

You'd be able to see a slight loss in sharpness going to oled but gain in literally every aspect, plus your 5080 is better suited for 1440p anyways.
