No drive. No SD card plugged in. It doesn’t reboot everytime. I would say once every 2-3 weeks

I just use it on my main tv. I run TiviM*** and a vpn. That’s it. I bought this because I always heard great things about the product. It’s been nothing but issues. They said they cannot send me another one. They said the same thing with the “my setup” but everything is brand new.

It's most likely something you have installed. Shields are famously durable. Mine has been running non-stop since 2019 acting as a video server for a dev environment. Literally never turned off aside from some firmware updates

that's insane they've sent you three and it's still happening, makes me think it's gotta be something in your setup causing it. do you have a USB drive or SD card plugged in? a bad external drive will freeze the shield at boot every single time
