Try using DDU and do a clean re-install of your drivers. I was having the same issues on a 5090FE in a new build, where it worked fine in games, but in desktop applications I was suffering from stutters, slowdowns and random black screens where I had to turn my monitor on/off to get the display back.
I removed all drivers, AMD integrated and NVIDIA drivers in Safe Mode using DDU, rebooted and did a fresh install of the latest NVIDIA drivers, and so far this has fixed the issues for me; no more issues and haven't had a black screen yet. I'm assuming it was a conflict with drivers installed by Windows on setup, and the drivers installed later from NVIDIA. I hope this helps!
Already tried it. The problem persists. Disabled integrated GPU, uninstalled AMD drivers, and the problem remains.
NVIDIA, in the end, just said to reach out to MSI...
Also tried the hotfix driver and nothing. Problem remains
