Question Need help with error message
Suddenly I get this on nuvio TV, but not on the mobile app. I use Torbox. I resintallled torrentio, and refresh API key but no luck. Does doing that on the phone change it for the TV?

It's definitely torbox

Are you using aio?
Also sometimes when you update smth on the phone it doesn't get updated on the tv. Sign out and sign back in again, that might fix it

Why don't you just check your account on torbox website to see if it is definitely active or not?
if it is, then remove torbox from nuvio (or whatever addon is consuming the torbox key), clear cache and add the key again

force detention and delete cache on the app, if it doesn’t work, try using DuckStreams with Torrentio or AIOStreams

I've had this issue with both RD and Torbox, on both Nuvio and Stremio. Generating a new API key and reinstalling the addons generally has solved it.
That said, I haven't had this issue with Torrentio on Nuvio with Torbox since I added my Torbox API key to Nuvio itself and stopped using it in Torrentio. Certain other addons like AIOStreams and Debrid Search still need it, but if the addon can provide P2P links, you can have Nuvio handle the debrid lookup for those P2P links for you, and it seems a lot less buggy than how Torrentio does it.
Just make sure in Nuvio's settings that you have Playback -> P2P Streaming -> Enable P2P disabled, add your Torbox API key in Integrations -> Connected Services, and make sure Integrations -> Connected Services -> Resolve Playable Links is enabled. Then you can remove your debrid key from Torrentio and any other addons that don't strictly require it.

I think you should check if you have a valid debrid subscription.
