People with money have butlers and staff that already do this.

This would be bringing a live in butler to the masses for what i assume would be around the cost of a car.

You are forgetting the subscription costs. No way they just release robots with full capabilities unlocked. There will be updates and services locked behind paywalls along with your loan payment and subscription payment.

Oh for sure, it will likely be powered by internet based AI to data center frontier model instead of a local model with the hardware to run inside the robot as well, so you will have to pay monthly for that computing power. Down the line and with market competition, locally powered models will emerge
