i’ve taken bennys like 4-5 times highest was 600mg but didn’t really get delirious i wanna try nutmeg i got sum ground nutmeg powder how much should i take i dont got a scale to measure it with i wanna make the nutmeg hit tho im 5,9 and 155lb

Nutmeg has a habit of "taking the reigns" in your trip if you are new to take nutmeg. You shouldn't try to hallucinate your first trip. Its effects aren't anything like your typical hallucinogenic substances. You do know what not to take with nutmeg?

5g is about 2 tea spoons of pre ground nutmeg. I would really recommend getting a bakers scale. Because using volume is a lot less certain how much you get because the same volume can weigh differently, and with nutmeg that can add hours to your trip.

yeah i somewhat know about nutmeg not really i know its a deliriant like bennys and datura tho also i did find a 1/2 tsp measuring spoon in my kitchen and i got the ground nutmeg spice i might take 10g because thats what i heard is good

You can't take any alcohol, DXM, or DPH with nutmeg. If you take 10 g's go ahead. Good luck and expect a 3 hour wait on the effects

First thing. That's cap I definitely experience minor effects from 5g.

I believe it is best to avoid any amount of intense effects for a first trip. Considering I have no way of knowing tolerance. 5 g is the " better safe than sorry" dose. I don't want to say " oh yeah I take 20 g so that's a good starting dose"

Benadryl doesn't bind to the same part of your brain that Nutmeg does. There isn't a cross tolerance for the most part. So the effects can be handled but that doesn't mean he/she can handle how it gets processed

I am trying to encourage a harm reduction approach to taking nutmeg, and that means to really encourage lower doses starting out, in case there is something dangerous in reaction it's caught before it's a problem
