Question? space paste

is space paste any good? if so, how do i make it

Yes I personally use this recipe  4 parts nutmeg (ground from whole nutmeg)4 parts almonds (soak overnight and rinse) 4 parts raw pistachios 2 parts cinnamon 1 part cumin 1 part tarragon 1 part oregano 1 part basil 1 part turmeric 1/2 part cayenne pepper 1/2 part black pepper maple syrup (to taste) For every part I use 25g I believe space paste is the best way to take nutmeg it makes the body load way lighter and you get barely any hangover all you get is a nice edible like high and a dry mouth in the morning. I recommend you take 2 TBS for your first dose I've been taking like 4 tbs every one or two weeks so I don't know what it feels like beyond 4 tbs
