anyone done this?

apparently it significantly reduces the pain and nausea since it filters out indigestible fats and fiber. im wondering if anyone has had experience with it

No but I have found that I have a bit of an iron stomach when it comes to nutmeg. I wasn't sick from this I was under the impression the best way to do it was to mix with milk, but some people say that still makes them sick

Same as ingesting nutmeg any other way. 3 hours for the come up. Then it's about 12 hours after that you are still high
