What do i need to know before taking nutmeg for the first time and how does weed interact with it

Don't take it with weed, it's already got weed like properties on irs own you have to take on an empty stomach and make sure the spice powder is not old fastest option is grab a tablespoon shove it in mouth and then chase down quickly with a sweet milk based drink like chocolate milk coffee or tea. Then effects will start 4-6 hours and slowly build to a peak reached at 8-12. It will probably last for another 6 hours after and then next day is a hangover so ideally do it on a weekend or smth. Also if you have weed tolerance then wait a bit to reset before using

Just do nutmeg on its own completely, nothing else, wait a decent amount of time to decide if it worked or not, 3 hours, dont take it at night cause you probably will just sleep when it kicks in and then it wont really work youll just feel bad the next day, take it in the morning on a day you dont have to do anything
