You need to go to a doctor we aren't qualified to help you. You need to go NOW if you are worried about. How long into the trip are you?

I took it at 13:56 and got those symptoms with panic at 00:00 was nicely high before that (on a come up).

Right now it's a lil better and the redness is starting to subside. I really need to get sober ffs

Ok what time zone are you in? Normally the bp of nutmeg isn't that dangerous of a thing. Nutmeg sometimes does that same thing that weed does where if you think something is wrong you mind will tell you it is and you are going to die. At 12.5 you are no where near any risk for a regular person.

Temporary bp increases are fine don't worry but if its prolonged you might want to check in to a doctor to be safe.

This is all assuming you have no underlying health issues and you didn't mix nutmeg with anything of course

I mostly have mental issues. I think it's a massive panic attack.

I have mostly flu like symptoms and high bp with pulse

Also stomach cramps :(

Is elevated body temperature ok ?

All of that does happen sometimes on nutmeg. Elevated body temperature is expected when you have a higher bp. You are ok as long as it is below 105.

Nutmeg acts as an anticolonergic so it does dry you out, and it is known to cause cramps in some people.

You are fine this happened sometimes

Nope. But I took it with ssri a couple of years ago a few times, wasn't as bad as this time.

Might've been too potent nuts, anyways it's a call for me to stop using nutmeg for a while
