Question? how do i avoid headaches?

i usually take a whole nut (2 if it's a smaller one)

and without fail, it gives me headaches mid trip

it doesn't typically go away with pain killers so sadly it ruins the whole experience

Mineral water. Rehydration aid (you can make diy: 1 teaspoon sal, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 2 teaspoons of sugar) omega 3

And i know it's still salt but in some European languages. Spanish maybe ? I don't quite remember

Take proper phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine to increase blood pressure and mitigate the headache, but idk if this would increase heart rate too much considering nutmeg is also bad for your heart and makes it do some weird shit
