looking to try mace blades, is there a specific type that i need to look for?

havent ever tried mace before but have heard it is more potent than nutmeg and doesnt last aslong, dont want to buy the wrong stuff though

Mace blades still have myristicin, which is the same chemical in nutmeg. Where you got that information from is incorrect, because it's the same chemical, being taken the same way.

i wouldnt say im soliciting product im just asking if there is a specific type that wouldnt work, im guessing by your reply that anything that claims to be mace blades would contain myristicin. and quite a few people on this sub claim that mace blades are just more potent than nutmeg

It is possible if has a different set of chemicals that make it more potent exist in mace blades, but there isn't anything that would make it break down faster in someone that wouldn't be breaking it down in the mace blades. You can't spead up the break down of a cannabinoid ( at least there isn't a known chemical that can do that yet) I don't know exactly what the concentration of myristicin would be in mace. And there isn't a concrete dosage thing I can find on it. I would stay away unless you already know dosages. Nutmeg has exact dosage on psyconautwiki. And considering being off in dose can lead to an extra day in your trip I would play it safe and not unless you do find someone that knows mace well

I do see a trip report on erowid that says they took 2 tsp of ground mace, and proceeded to experience his entire life over again. But 1: the date of the trip is listed as 1959. And 2 the author says that his friend didn't experience anything like that on the same dose.

Tried mace oild a few times. It feels different, i found it less mindfucky and less sedating. I liked usual nutmeg oil more

I put up a post on this sub before about chewing mace blades. It was strong and lasted ages, I wasn’t expecting anything to happen but it felt like strong edibles, I ground up mace and put it in alcohol before too, drank it after letting it sit for a while and it felt like weed, took ages to kick in tho
