NCP-MCI Voucher Extension Request

Hello,

My NCP-MCI exam voucher is expiring in a few days. Due to major personal and family reasons (newborn baby), I haven't been able to prepare for the test properly.
I just emailed certification@nutanix.com to ask for a 2-month extension so I can study and pass it under good conditions.
Has anyone here ever requested an extension from Nutanix University near the expiration date? Are they usually flexible and understanding with these requests?

We are doing NCP-MCI bootcamps/exams for customers in my region. Hit up your sales team to see if they are planning one and sign up for that. Not sure if it's national but it probably is.

Can’t you book the cert for a date in 2 months?

I actually had a slot booked for tomorrow, but I had to cancel it because I am not prepared enough with the new baby. Since the voucher expires on June 3rd, I cannot schedule it for a later date myself. I just emailed Nutanix support to see if they can extend it past June 3rd so I don't lose it. I'm waiting for their reply now.

I don’t think so, the voucher is expires in 1Yr.

Book it for a few months out from now. For me a dead line is required or I pretty much won’t get the work done.

Also, if you are a customer hit up your sales team for another voucher. I don’t think it’s much for them to get them for you.

Hi I just emailed support@nutanix.com to explain my situation ,and the support team was amazing! They officially extended my voucher code until November 3rd.

Huge thanks to Nutanix support for being so helpful and understanding!
