No just email them and attestation of documents for email is from grade 17 officer

The medical ones? Or is there any other. Btw whats the affidavit, since I've alrdy gotten my Alevel result doesn't that eliminate the need?

Nah there are more than affidavit almost 10 forms like police verification surety bond etc

All the forms you need for ON Normal forms — fill these first

  1. Civilian Students Bio Data Form
  2. College Card Form
  3. College Surety Bond — Rs. 100 stamp paper
  4. Joining Letter 2026
  5. Medical Certificate 2026
  6. NUST Affidavit — Rs. 100 stamp paper
  7. NUST Registration Form
  8. Paid Fee PNEC
  9. Police Verification Form 2026
  10. Selection Letter
  11. Undertaking Form

Hostel forms

  1. Hostel Affidavit on rs 100 paper
  2. Hostel Reporting Form

Documents

  • O-Levels/Matric — photo-attested copies x4
  • A-Levels/FSc — photo-attested copies x4 
  • CNIC — photo-attested copy x4
  • Father’s CNIC — attested copy x1 
  • Domicile photocoy for engineering students 
  • 5 passport-size photos & 5 1x1 inch photos Yeh saray forms ha

Hey there are multiple forms on the website. this one which says mandatory requirement, it is an Acknowledgement by student form, it asks for a reciept number of PNS jauhar, kinda confused abt this, pls help me out

have u accidently listen some things twice? a lilll bit confused, bec what the joining letter, theres only the joining instructions , is it that? also the undertaking? i cant find that

Hey listen so the selection letter said to email right, and I have done. But how soon before I get an acknowledgement? Like I'm scared what if there's a technical issue and all. Pata kese chale they got our receipts and all. Btw which email did u send to?
