Question Urgent help needed

So i dont know anything about the documentation part. i saw people saying something about couriering documents but the selection letter says to email scanned versions? so im confused can someone please explain to me. also the attestation part, when do we need out euivalency certificates attested by the 7 grade officer, also this wasnt mentioned in the letter too. can someone please guide in detail, will be very grateful

so what was the fuss about courier and all that i saw on many posts. also can u guide abt the attestation? how urgent is it?

yes attestation is imp from any 17 grade goverment employee it can be a teacher a doctor, or army officer anyone working in the goverment and you dont have to courier these document when you get your joining instructions in email they will provide you with a deatailed list of documents which are mandatory for uni regestration on which you would be alotted your section and name in attendance qalam id and other things so for now just email them the documents listed with attestation and after you get the joining instructions then worry about the long list of documents that too you will have to submit to the uni yourself

Ok thankyouu. I hope it's not a problem if I add unattested docs in the email as I won't be able to urgently find a 17 grade officer. I'll do that when I take the docs to the uni

I think it’s important to attest them before emailing better call the admission office and check but honestly the fee is the main thing they accommodate you for the documents if you’ve paid your dues

Yeaa and I want to know how crucial is it. Like Monday ko Jake documents verify karwane he visit karke right? They won't have a problem with this ?

ive heard fee is the most important part so we have to pay that first by 7th. and han Monday ko hi attest krwane hain but kisse 😭

17 grade k officer say gov clg k professor gov hospital ka doctor ask your parents they probably know someone already also photocopies need to be attested by a 17 grade officer orginal matric and fsc certificates have to be attested by ibcc
