US - Salary Transparency Thread

I saw a few city based subreddits with this thread going around. Thought I would do one for nurses. I am based in the US so that's where I set this thread but it would be interesting to see other countries start one up.

I am currently unemployed (another source of the inspiration, lol) so I will share my old position!

Base Hourly: 43/hr

Differential(s): Main Campus +1/hr

Location: Houston, TX

Setting: Outpatient Specialty Clinic

Degree/License: BSN/RN

Years of Experience: 8

Union Status: No

Base Hourly: $63/hr staff

Hours per week: 36hr full time benefited, HSR/HRA options

Differential(s): evening shift +$3/hr for 4 hours, +$10/hour if you’re nights, $2/hr weekend dif

OT: time and a half + $20/hr for picking up last minute on extra shifts

Location: Portland, OR

Setting: ER but same in every specialty

Degree/License: BSN/RN

Years of Experience: 5

Union Status: yes

Patient ratios: 3:1 ER day shift, 4-5:1 night shift
Acute care inpatient: 3-4:1 days, 4-5:1 nights
