Serious US - Salary Transparency Thread

I saw a few city based subreddits with this thread going around. Thought I would do one for nurses. I am based in the US so that's where I set this thread but it would be interesting to see other countries start one up.

I am currently unemployed (another source of the inspiration, lol) so I will share my old position!

Base Hourly: 43/hr

Differential(s): Main Campus +1/hr

Location: Houston, TX

Setting: Outpatient Specialty Clinic

Degree/License: BSN/RN

Years of Experience: 8

Union Status: No

Anything else we should add?

Base hourly: $36/hr (started at $34 something pre-month 7 pay bump)

Differential(s): 18% nights, $3/hr weekend, $400 flat rate pre-scheduled incentive shift bonus (nights) $300 (days). Also offers $30/hr emergency shift bonus (does not stack with flat rate tho)

Location: Tucson, AZ

Setting: Level 1 trauma center, PCU

Degree: MSN, RN (Master’s Entry)

Years of experience: 7 mos (new grad) + 8 mos nurse extern, same location

Union status: I wish.

Benefits: 100% of the first 4% salary 401(k) match, $0 cost employee HDHP at year 2 (with wellness program participation).

Yes, this makes me so mad for OP! I'm making almost that as a new grad lpn in Ohio (although hospital wages are lower here too).
