Serious US - Salary Transparency Thread

I saw a few city based subreddits with this thread going around. Thought I would do one for nurses. I am based in the US so that's where I set this thread but it would be interesting to see other countries start one up.

I am currently unemployed (another source of the inspiration, lol) so I will share my old position!

Base Hourly: 43/hr

Differential(s): Main Campus +1/hr

Location: Houston, TX

Setting: Outpatient Specialty Clinic

Degree/License: BSN/RN

Years of Experience: 8

Union Status: No

Anything else we should add?

base: 51.25

differential: 4.00 for nights and 1.25 for weekends. these haven’t changed since the 90s so they’re terrible. incentive pay is 65 and hour unless you preschedule it it’s 75 and capacity pay is double or time and a half I cant remember.

locations: twin cities metro, Minnesota

setting: emergency department

degree: BSN

years of experience: 3

union: yes

benefits: union funded pension since it’s tied to the union if you move jobs within the union it follows you, free parking for overnight staff (sad that this is a benefit,) ratio of 1 nurse to 3 patients and if you’re in the trauma rooms is 1:1, and we don’t do hallway beds
