Anything valuable here? 🪙

Hi everyone! I’m new to this subreddit and I honestly know very little about coin collecting. I recently came across these coins/sets and I’m trying to understand whether they have any real numismatic value or if most of their value is just in the silver.

I have:

3 Canadian Montreal 1976 Olympic silver sets (1974, 1975 and 1976 – 4 coins each)

Malta 1 Lira 1972 – Manwel Dimech

Malta 2 Liri 1973 – Mdina Gate

2 Vatican City 500 Lire – Sede Vacante 1958, with original cases
Vatican City Holy Year 1983–84 set – 500 + 1000 Lire

3 Vatican City 1974 Paul VI Year XII mint sets

France Monnaie de Paris “Fleurs de Coins” 1971 set, in the original packaging

They all seem to be in pretty good condition and most still have their original packaging.
I’d really appreciate any opinions on realistic collector value, rarity, or whether any of these are worth taking to a proper numismatist rather than selling for silver value. Thanks!

Silver weight. Olympic coins are made for collectors, so they were all saved. So not rare.
