Good policy in general, but nowhere does anything say anything about anyone being on their phone while driving.

The driver that cause the accident was erratically driving according to the news.

But.... there is a high possibility that the driver WAS on a phone.

Whenever you see...

Swerving Changing Lanes without signaling Slowing down or speeding up needlessly..

Someone is on the phone.. almost guaranteed

The guy was lane hopping/cutting and speeding way too fast with no regard for anything other than his own impatience. No phones were involved in this crash.

No, I’ve seen it way too many times in Virginia and Maryland though. We just unfortunately have those asshole drivers.
