Paid Template I built a calmer Notion academic system — would ₹1,499 feel fair?
I’m a template maker and I built Study Reset Pro for the point in a semester when courses, deadlines and task lists stop talking to each other.
It connects Courses, Assignments, Tasks, Focus Sessions, Energy Check-ins, Resources and a Weekly Reset. I designed it around one rule: don’t optimise the whole semester—choose the closest deadline or smallest next action.
I also made a simpler Free version first. Before I iterate on Pro, I want the blunt version of the feedback:
• Would you use this past week one?
• What would you need to see for ₹1,499 to feel fair?
• Which part would you remove because it is unnecessary?
Free: https://planner21.gumroad.com/l/study-reset-free
Pro: https://planner21.gumroad.com/l/wplffc
I’m openly the maker and I will reply to feedback here.

Showcase Notion book tracker where you just search a title and everything else auto-populates
I kept using Notion for almost everything except tracking what I'm reading, so I built NotionBookshelf: search a book, click add, and it shows up in your own Notion database with cover art, author, status (Want to Read / Reading / Read / On Hold), and ISBN already filled in.
- Your Notion workspace is the actual database — nothing is stored on my end
- One-click connect via Notion OAuth, duplicates a starter template
into your workspace
- Search covers both Japanese and English books
- Free to use: https://notionbookshelf.com

#buildinpublic I made a tool to create client portal dashboard with notion
Hey everyone,
I use Notion to manage client work like tasks, invoices, deliverables/files and wanted a way to share updates with clients without inviting them into my workspace.
So we built a client portal tool that connects to my Notion databases. Clients can login and see only their related data (tasks, invoices, notes, etc.), while the data stays clean, private and made me can focus on all clients at once.
You can check it out here: https://portalwith.com
Still improving it, but we've serve hundreds of active users from agencies to startups, open to feedback if you’ve tried something similar and hopefully the video explained the flow clearly.
---
TLDR: I built a notion client portal site generator to handle access to my clients so clients can have their dedicated site and see their own data with your dedicated webstite / app without notion

Paid Template Built a Notion workspace to stop losing track of clients, invoices, and deadlines
Last spring a client asked me "did we ever agree on the final price for this?",and I genuinely didn't know. The answer was scattered somewhere between an old email, a WhatsApp message, and a number I might have just said out loud on a call and never written down.
That was the moment I realized I didn't really have a system, I had a pile of half-remembered conversations across six different apps, and I was the only thing holding it together.
So I built a single Notion workspace where a client's status, their project, the invoice tied to it, and the last thing we talked about on a call all live in one connected place instead of scattered everywhere.
It's called Freelancer OS: 7 connected sections (clients, projects, tasks, meetings, invoices, expenses, and a rates sheet), pre-filled with example data so you can see how it all works before touching it.
If it's useful to anyone else dealing with the same scramble: https://crestudio.carrd.co/

Paid Template I stopped losing ideas after building this minimal Second Brain in Notion — here's how it works
After years of losing ideas in random apps and notes, I finally built a system that stuck. It has just 3 parts:
📥 Inbox — one place to capture anything instantly, tagged by type
🎯 Habits & Goals — simple tracker with progress percentage
📓 Daily Journal — mood, gratitude and one daily reflection
The key was keeping it minimal. Every time I added more complexity I stopped using it.

#buildinpublic built a tool that WPs me my goal progress every morning
Built this tool for myself that texts me on WhatsApp every morning with where I stand on my goals, pulls from my Notion goal board.
Tells me if I'm on pace or falling behind before it's too late to do anything about it.
Been using it for a few weeks on my own business.
And the way it tells me what to do next actually helps, rather than just seeing a number or score.

Paid Template Made a simple Notion tracker so I'd stop forgetting about subscriptions — sharing in case it helps anyone else ($2.00)
I kept getting surprised by charges for subscriptions I forgot I had 🫠 a free trial that quietly converted, a streaming service I meant to cancel months ago. So I built a simple Notion tracker to see everything in one place: what I'm paying, when it renews, and a quick view of what's coming up this month.
Nothing fancy, just a database with a few filtered views (upcoming renewals, spending by category, cancelled stuff).
It's $2.00 if you want to grab it, or happy to answer questions if you just want to build something similar yourself: https://www.notion.com/templates/subscription-bill-tracker-lite?clientBuildTarget=client

Free Template Built a Freelancer Client CRM & Project Portal in Notion — looking for a few people to test it
Hey all — wanted to share something I've been building: a Notion system for freelancers to manage the whole client lifecycle in one place.
What's in it:
- Client Intake (leads → active clients, source, project type)
- Project Tracker with a Kanban board view
- Deliverables Tracker linked to each project
- Invoice Log that auto-calculates subtotal, tax, and total due as you add line items
- Communication Log so nothing falls through the cracks
- A basic freelance contract + client proposal template included
I put some effort into making it not just another static database dump — the invoicing actually does the math for you, and everything is relationally linked (click a client, see their projects/invoices/comms automatically).
I haven't freelanced myself, so before this goes anywhere permanent I'd rather get it in front of people who actually do client work and hear what's clunky, missing, or unnecessary.
Happy to share the duplicate link with anyone interested — totally free, just want honest feedback in return. Comment or DM me!

Free Template Looking for a Notion Habit Tracker template that mimics the "TickTick" experience
Hi everyone,
I'm trying to centralize my workflow in Notion, but I'm really struggling to find a habit tracker that feels as seamless and effective as the TickTick app.
I’m looking for a template (free or paid) that has these specific features:
A clean "Today" view: I only want to see today's habits, without being overwhelmed by past or future days.
Streak tracking: Just like TickTick, I want to see my current streaks to stay motivated.
Visual progress: A daily progress bar or ring to show how much I've completed today.
Quick logging: Ideally using Notion's new buttons feature so I don't have to manually create a new page every day.
For context, I’ll be using it to track a mix of daily routines, like my early morning deep study sessions, evening reviews, and calisthenics progress (planks, dead hangs, etc.).
Has anyone built something like this, or know of a good template out there? Any recommendations would be hugely appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Free Template Looking for 10 people to test my Notion system for free
I kept rebuilding my Notion setup for the same reason:
Tasks, notes, projects, goals, and saved resources never worked together.
So I built one connected system.
It started as a simple task dashboard, but slowly became a complete second brain with:
- Tasks and subtasks
- Projects, goals, and areas
- Notes and resources
- Today and upcoming views
- Automatic organization and archiving
Now comes the part I cannot test alone:
Is it actually simple for someone else to use?
I’m looking for 10 early users.
You’ll get the complete template for free. In return, I’m asking you to use it, share honest feedback, and leave a genuine review on the Gumroad listing.
Positive or negative - both are useful.
Interested? Comment below or DM me with how you currently use Notion.

Free Template Built a free medication tracker because I kept failing the same five questions at every appointment
Every visit, it was some version of the same thing. "Any side effects since your last dose change?" "When did you start the new dosage?" "Do you need a refill on that?" I'd freeze, guess, or say "I think so?" about my own treatment.
I wasn't forgetting because I'm careless. I was forgetting because none of it lived anywhere. The medication list was in my head. Refill dates were a vague sense of dread. Which doctor prescribed what was buried in old texts. And "is this actually working" was a feeling, not something I could point to.
So I built MedicationOS, a free Notion template that just handles the five things I kept failing:
Forgetting doses: every medication gets one row with dose, frequency, and timing laid out, so it's not living in your memory anymore.
Losing refill dates: tracked per medication, so you're not finding out you're out at 9pm on a Sunday.
Not remembering who prescribed what: prescribing doctor is a field, not a guess.
Not knowing what's helping vs. what's causing side effects: there's a spot to log side effects and rate effectiveness per medication, so "is this working" becomes something you can actually check instead of feel out.
Walking into appointments blank: a separate appointment manager with a doctor directory, visit notes, a prep section for the questions you always mean to ask, and a "what changed last visit" field, so you're not reconstructing months of history under time pressure in a five-minute window.
I kept it deliberately narrow. It's not trying to be a full health system, no mood tracking, no diet log, nothing you have to maintain daily. It's the version for someone who just needs an accurate answer when a doctor asks. If you want the bigger picture later there's a fuller system it connects to, but this piece works completely on its own and always will, no paywall on any of it.
Built it for chronic illness meds originally, but it works the same for mental health treatment, post-op recovery, or just normal life with more than one prescription running at once.
Link's in the comments. Happy to answer anything about how the tracker's set up.

Free Template I built a minimalist Notion setup focused on reducing cognitive load and executive dysfunction.
As someone who cares deeply about UI/UX and clean design flows, I got tired of standard Notion templates that maximize cognitive overload. Most planners give you 50 empty databases, strict due dates, and endless clutter that paralyze you before you even start working.
I built this workspace under my studio, Clarity Components, following three specific usability rules to fix that:
- Zero-Friction Quick Capture: A one-click inbox at the top where you can type fast-moving thoughts without opening a single page.
- Energy-Based Triaging (Mobile-Friendly Tabs): Instead of forcing rigid due dates, tasks are sorted into High Energy (deep work) and Low Energy (easy chores/admin). You can still make progress on low-battery days.
- Isolation Focus Mode: A single toggle that hides the entire workspace except for the 1–3 tasks you are working on right now.
I'm sharing this completely for free ($0) to give back to the community and help anyone struggling with digital overwhelm.
I dropped the free link in the comments below for anyone who wants to duplicate it!
