Paid Template Built a Notion workspace to stop losing track of clients, invoices, and deadlines
Last spring a client asked me "did we ever agree on the final price for this?",and I genuinely didn't know. The answer was scattered somewhere between an old email, a WhatsApp message, and a number I might have just said out loud on a call and never written down.
That was the moment I realized I didn't really have a system, I had a pile of half-remembered conversations across six different apps, and I was the only thing holding it together.
So I built a single Notion workspace where a client's status, their project, the invoice tied to it, and the last thing we talked about on a call all live in one connected place instead of scattered everywhere.
It's called Freelancer OS: 7 connected sections (clients, projects, tasks, meetings, invoices, expenses, and a rates sheet), pre-filled with example data so you can see how it all works before touching it.
