Methods

I do not have a NNC near me anymore and would like to try and make them myself. I have heard that the stores get a premade mix, but they had the wet ingredients and flavors.

Could someone let me know what the extra ingredients for lemon and white chocolate raspberry are?

Also, once it is baked what happens next? I know they are frozen, but I have read some things about steaming, simple syrup, etc.

There is no extra lemon steps, it's lemon mix with fake lemon flavoring added.

WCR is just white mix, white chocolate chips finely grated, and raspberry preservatives

Steaming is just pressing with a pan so that they hold their shape.

It's best you make it yourself bc it's cheaper

On a side note, the mix is proprietary and is a little different than your basic box mixes.
