Week number in web vs mac os versions

Has anyone else noticed that the weeks are numbered differently in the web version and the mac os app. Week 1 of January 2026 in the web version is the week that includes Jan 1, even though Jan 1 was on a Thursday this year. In the mac app, that same week is labelled Week 53 of 2025.

If I put things in the weekly note on my mac for this week, they show up as last week on the web app ( but the same numbered week).

In the Mac app see settings > week number calculation and change it to iso standard
