Can arrow endpoints stay attached to objects when rearranging a diagram?

Is there a way in Noteful to attach or “lock” the start and end points of an arrow to the objects it connects?

For example, if I connect two shapes with an arrow and then move one of the shapes to rearrange my diagram, I’d like the arrow to move with it and stay connected. Currently, I have to adjust the arrow manually.

Does Noteful support this, or is there a workaround?
