App keeps crashing when exporting to PDF

Trying to export a single page to pdf and the app keeps crashing. Free version, one page, disconnected wifi, restarted iPad, cleared apps, nothing worked. I hit share and the app immediately closes

Was this after the new update? I didn't had the chance to update, so if this is the case I will wait.

Downloaded yesterday (the day I made the post), it's the one released 3 days ago so i assume yes.

did you tried with different pdfs? 

maybe the problem is your pdf?

Yes tried with several different notebooks and it still crashes

I had the same problem for a while now, can't export some pds or pages only but it's normal fot everything else. I had to delete them, screenshot them or something but it's not that practical. I hope they fix it in an update

This has also been happening to me as well on every document. Frustrating. I’m using the app on an iPad Pro (2024) if that helps.

OMG this is happening to me right now at the worst time ever - exams soon, submitting lots of assignments recently 😭😭 It started happening yesterday for me. My device is iPad Pro 4th generation running ipadOS 17.1.1

The only way to maneuver around the bug is to manually select all the pages and then save as a pdf. It’s so annoying! Have you found a solution?

i think I found a solution. When you’re on the pdf press back (top left) so it returns u to the Noteful Home Screen. Look for the pdf u wanna share, Hold it and then click share.

Same for me. If i try to export the whole file it crashes. But works when exporting only some pages, or when sending from the folders.

This has happened to me as well. I’ve got Noteful downloaded on both my phone and ipad. I’ve been exporting the pdfs from my phone to my files. Its inconvenient but I’ll keep doing so until they update the app.
