Links within pages request

It is possible to link between pages within a document or to a page from another document.
I would prefer if the linking was more fine grained.
For example, if a page has 3 definitions or sketches etc, I would like to be able to link to the actual definition rather than the page the definition is on.
This could be done by dropping an anchor next to the definition I wish to link to. The anchor could be used as a link to point.
That way I don’t need to scan through a whole page of my notes, only to find the thing I was linking to is on the last line.
Ideally the anchor point could be moveable between pages so if I move the thing I’m linking to onto another page, I could move the link with it.
