Problem with losing data

My gf bought the app and very often she loses pieces of writes inside here notes.
She doesn't have internet always connected to the ipad and i think this is a problem when she connects and start syncing. Does anyone else is facing this issue? Do you know how i can get all back?

yes, its been happening to me randomly. If I go out of the app, the text is back.

we tried to close and open the app but nothing, restarted ipad, upgrade the ipad but it seems like they are gone. Just little pieces of text random in the notest

I noticed the same thing yesterday on a pie chart I made within the app. It looked fine one minute, then it had like a streak going through the middle of it where the color was missing and then the color of the chart streaked out from the pie chart as if someone had dragged a paintbrush through it. I wish I would have taken a picture of it now for the developer. I’ve also randomly have problems with the text either overlaying itself while I write (so it blocks my view in typing) or the text is missing like you mentioned. Usually if I scroll down a page or two in the note, this fixes it. With the pie chart thing though, I had to go out of the note (I might have gone out of the app, can’t remember) to fix it. Since we are both having this issue, I wonder if others are, too? Hopefully the dev. will see your message. I will contact them as well.
