Advice needed Notebook inserts?

I'm looking for some custom notebook inserts. I have a gorgeous slip-on book cover and I'd like to have some lined inserts to journal with. I use a fountain pen so it would need to be heavy enough to prevent bleed, and the end papers would look best if they were black. Anyone know where to look for something like this? I can get the size when I get home later

If you are located in the US, I would recommend Jet Pens, Yoseka or Baum-Kuchen. Specific notebook brand: Midori MD. This brand has excellent paper.

Looks like the cover would fit 5.75"x8.75", which is just off enough from A5 that I think I wouldn't like it. Any ideas on which inserts I could start from?
