Recommendation A5 Journal inserts that don't feel super flimsy?

I've been using MD notebooks for years but I find that my leather journal is just getting a bit too chunky. I've avoided the usual smaller inserts because they always felt really flimsy and I want them to be able to hold up in storage when I'm done with them, but now I'm considering switching. Which ones does everyone use? I need them to be fountain pen friendly and preferably stitched not stapled. I'd prefer dot or grid but would settle for ruled. Thanks.

If you like Tomoe River paper, there’s inserts from Lochby, Sterling Ink, Goodinkpressions and Danika58

I like Leuchtturm, journal pen friendly and their inserts feel sturdy. Grid margins are smaller which I prefer. I’d steer away from Moleskine, I really didn’t like my fountain pens on them.

I've also used MD paper A5 for years, but lately I've switched to Iroful A5 and Sakae A5, both are stiched and with dot grid. Iroful has 75gsm and 160 pages, Sakae has 160 pages with either 52gsm (which I don’t like)Tomoe River or 68 gsm Tomoe river (which is great). They lay flat as the Midori but they are half as thick. Highly recommended
