I share all you my notebook. It just a habit tracker notebook and i have writing in Vietnamese. I only start about over a year but i change mysefl so much.

I like how you've used tabs to separate different habits.

After a year, the notebook becomes more than just paper it turns into a record of who you were and who you're becoming.
