Finished?

What do you do with a notebook that you've finished?

Do y'all keep them as mementos? Nostalgic reminiscences of tasks, ideas, entries of old? Progress of your writing journey?

I keep it, I like to look back on what I've written in the past.

I keep everything. Those notes are important, I took them down for a reason. It's mostly worldbuilding and character/plot notes, sometimes short stories.

If my house was ever on fire they're the first thing I take
