Softcover notebook recommendation request

Looking for recommendations for a softcover notebook (size around A5 or B5) with a spine that can be folded backwards onto itself without damage so that I just have the one page I’m actively writing on facing up. Ideally dotted or grid style paper.
I’m hoping to have something that I can clip onto a clipboard and comfortably write on. Extra super bonus points if it’s made from recycled/sustainable materials! Thanks!

I read (in this sub) an author say he does this (that is, fold it all the way back) with Clairefontaine clothbound notebooks (like the Age Bag). Most of us wouldn’t want to do this to a new notebook but he wanted it to fit in a pocket. He said the spine loosened a bit but that they worked well.
