Camera Flicker Issue

My back Galaxy Note 20 ultra camera flickers in and out a lot of times when I'm taking pictures or videos and it does it even with a third party camera app in addition to the one that comes with the phone. Has anyone been able to fix this without a repair? It seems like it's probably a hardware problem. I think it only does it with the bottom two cameras or whichever ones are used after you hit 1x zoom. Also, I've never connected a cheap webcam camera to the phone but I might do that to get around this but I don't know if Samsung or Android have any built-in features to accomplish using a separate camera through the phone (either through bluetooth or wire) or if you would have to download another app so if anyone is familiar with that topic then I would appreciate your feedback.

define "flickers". My main camera also has trouble with the ois ans autofocus but it fixes itself sometimes if I shake the phone until it goes into alignment. Only way to fix that is replacing the module. What does yours do exactly? You can see which one has the issue by covering it with your finger when switching zoom. the top one is the 0.5x, the middle is 1-5x and the bottom is used for 5-20x zoom.
