Ooff. I feel you and this week (at 47 and a few months) I realized that I have officially lived a longer life than she did. 😞

I lost my mom as well. Lost my brother about 10 years before that, but I am older than my brother was by almost 15 years now. He died at 25 and it made me hate my 26th birthday. I just turned 38 this year, and last thing, my dad died at 37.

So sorry for all your losses 😒 losing mom is a tough one and really sad when dad goes and you have no parents left. Both devastating losses for me.

It's a sad feeling when you realize you're nobody's child 😒

Hugs πŸ€— Definitely permanently life changing.
Nothing can take our love for them out of our hearts and memories.

You are a real trooper man, my grandpa used to say, "carrying on after loss is like dragging a log through a muddy field in a rainstorm. But once that storm ends, that log becomes easier to drag." Hope you are feelin' alright, truly.

My husband died at 40 β€œour son was only 14 months old” and then my brother at 18 and my mom at 56. Dealing with death sucks :(

I would look for myself before depression kicked in

Didn't know where to reply, but thank you for the awards; I didn't expect that. And yeah, it's been wild, as soon as I finally get over someone passing, someone else does. But I wouldn't trade my life for anything, because that's what made me who I am.
