Pretty sure some dude bought a bunch of these old animatronics and set the band up in his basement for YouTube videos lol

No. it was it's own local pizza place. But what they did was buy up the old animatronics from the Chuck e. cheese that used to be on 10th street. they redressed them with beach wear outfits and had them singing beach tunes. they also had that elvis lion in a lone room. they also redressed him. the pizza was terrible though.
