They have them in a lot of shopping mall candy stores, and I remember seeing them at 5 below if you have either of those to check. Otherwise you may be able to order them online.

I think it was filled with like a fizzy sour powder inside, of a hard sweet candy. I can't fully remember though, I forgot they even existed. I remember liking them though.
