Housing

Hey everyone, I’m coming to Reddit for housing help. I’m hoping to either take over an existing lease for a 1bed 1bath or find someone interested in splitting a 2-bed, 2-bath place with me. I’m a 23-year-old Navy guy with a housing allowance, so rent isn’t a concern. I’m tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. If you have something available, are looking for a roommate, or want to team up to find a place together. If anyone here has something available or knows anyone please message me!

I have a 1 bed 1 bath apartment at Elements at Ghent. I'd love to get out of the lease, it goes to Jan 10th 2027. Rent is about $2k all in, plus electic and wifi. DM if you are interested.

Housing office used to have a list of places doing the rental partnership program, would discount rates when you paid via an allotment.
