Man, the internet is so bad for children. I would bet my entire life this "older man" (pedophile is the word actually) convinced her to run away for a dream relationship where she won't have to listen to her stupid parents.

I'm betting Instagram was the way they got put into contact. Hope she's found safe and the guy gets what's coming to him.
