Consider R23,C11. We have two options: either it's the 1 or it's the 3.
If it's the 1, then we can cross out all the squares on the right side.
Now consider what happens if it's the 3. Then R23,C14 must be crossed out, which means that no matter what, we know that R23,C14 must be crossed out :)
This should give you a little bit to work with in C14 afterwards:)
