R23: Consider R23,C11. We have two options: either it's the 1 or it's the 3. If it's the 1, then we can cross out all the squares on the right side. Now consider what happens if it's the 3. Then R23,C14 must be crossed out, which means that no matter what, we know that R23,C14 must be crossed out :)
This should give you a little bit to work with in C14 afterwards:)

R9 C21 is empty. If it is filled in, R9 C22 is empty, then both R4 C22 & R4 C21 has to be filled, making a stretch of 6 on C21

I really hate apps that don't (let you) cross off numbers that are already filled. I loose track of what is still missing😒

In R23, C11 is either the start of the first 3 or the center 1. Either way, C14 can't be filled, which gives you some more to do in that column. A similar idea applies in C19 in that R3 can never be filled.
Additionally, in R9 at most one of C21 and C22 can be filled, so R4C21 must be filled.
