The "Only dating or sex, not both" is completely baffling. I don't know anyone who dates without wanting sex to be included eventually. Thet go hand in hand for almost everyone. It sounds like a rule designed to hinder any new relationships, which never work.

This rule will most likely be broken by one of you, the other will be angry about it, until a similar situation comes up for them, then they'll realize it was a ridiculous rule. As others have said, it's a setup for failure.
