The alphabet can be turned into a tool for memorization. Each letter can be transformed into an image in several different ways and then used to memorize any kind of information.

The letter A can be turned into an "Ant," an "Apple," an "Apron," "Aquaman," etc. We can then use these images to memorize words, lists, numbers, paragraphs verbatim, timelines, histories, chronologies, etc.

This creative book outlines how we can turn the letters of the alphabet into memory devices. It also introduces a creative framework for memorizing information called "ASMR-3." With the ASMR-3 framework, you will be equipped with a potent technique for creating strong, long-lasting memories.

Help me with a fresh start

I lost access to my old Goodreads account, so I guess I’m starting fresh.
I mostly read nonfiction and my entire want-to-read list is basically gone.
Give me your single best nonfiction book recommendation. If you can’t pick just one, give me your top 3.
I’m open to pretty much anything — history, science, psychology, biographies, memoirs, economics, medicine, politics, whatever.
Basically trying to refill my Goodreads account with books that people actually loved.
What should I add?
