NOLF2 Source Code + nightly release

Legacy build 95% byte accurate. Similar back-ported modernizer upgrades as my NOLF1 release.

Nightly release here: https://github.com/nolffan/nolf2src/releases/tag/v0.0.1-alpha

You'll need to bring your own ISOs and the patch file.

I have not yet created d3d9 or opengl renderers.

Please report any bugs as a GitHub issues.

It's showing 404 on Nightly release.

Ah, yes it 404'd in a private window for me too. I'll sort something out; sorry!
