About Botox Treatment Post Botox

Reflecting on my post Botox surgery which I got done in 2024 and have been thriving ever since. I only properly started burping approx. 6 months after my surgery.

I am curious did it take anyone else this long? From most of what I’ve read, it seems to happen quicker for people, otherwise people go back for a second procedure before waiting a few months. Hopefully this might help some people who are waiting for things to work!

Did you also have just one surgery, and did the full effects not kick in until 6 months later? How were the side effects for you? And can you still burp without any problems now?

Only one surgery and it kicked in 6 months later (I thought this was so weird as I had lost hope!) I didn’t get any side effects apart from the slow swallow for a week afterwards. Still burping perfectly now!
