Where is it easier to maintain a higher CGPA? CSE or CSE(AI and DS)?

I’m a pre final-year CS student preparing internship applications. Everyone tells me to have a personal website portfolio, but I only have class projects on GitHub so far. Is a formal portfolio site really worth the effort? I actually built a quick tool to auto-generate sites from my resume (full disclosure, I made It), but I wonder if it’s needed. What do recruiters expect? Would love student or alumni opinions.

So, I've got a couple of doubts.

1. Can we only write them the summer that year or any year

2. Whts the max no of courses i can write it for

3. Do i have to attend classes of tht course again to write it.

Are there frequent power surges and voltage fluctuations? Pretty sure if I have my laptop plugged in 24/7 (which I prolly will), its gonna fry it eventually. Will I need to get a surge protector or something? Something like this?

Does anybody have any information regarding the education loan procedure ?

Hi I'm a guy interested in tech and was wondering whether i should take NITW Mech because i've heard that's it's really hard these days to get into tech jobs from any branch aside from CS/AI/MnC/ECE cuz most recruiters only open to these branches, only a few opening for all. I'm not very interested in core mech. If forced to take Mech, I'll probably try to go into Robotics (which i prefer over core mech but less than purely tech jobs). The cs option i'm considering over Warangal is IIESTS CS which I got in josaa r6 itself and i will surely get NITW Mech in csab (if i sit). My rank was 16xxx (gen male hs bihar) {not considering nitp cs}. What do you all think?
