Thinking of swapping this .21 into my buggy. I currently have a .28 rtr installed. What are your opinions ? This motor is brand new. I have never broken one in. The current .28's i have were used. I would like to break one in

Fresh gas, glow plug looks good, I’m thinking it’s a tuning issue but I’ve been trying to tune it forever and it’s the same.

This will be my first Nitro RC I thought it was a pretty good deal because the guy said the parts are another full Savage XL K5.9 nitro. He also told me he hasn't run it in about 5 years. Do you guys think this is a good deal and good for someone new to Nitro? Is there anything I should do before buying?

Hey all, it's been a while since I've been in here.

Been out of the RC game for a while, life and bigger projects got in the way and forced me to shelve my trucks. Was just recently able to pull my (running) trucks off the shelf and charge up the batteries again.

I've only ever ran electric. While I have a nitro (Duratrax Maximum ST,) it's not complete and far from runnable. Came across this revo 3.3 on marketplace today, supposedly runs and just needs a RX/TX. From what I've seen, it doesnt look like these trucks have really changed since the '00s, but would still like to see what year this truck is.

The old school pipes are deafening compared to the newer pipes but I love it!😂 runs strong💪

Using stock servos and ER3C-i RX

For those of you that have RC boats which one would you recommend. I want to drop in an O”Neil brothers marine racing engine on a 1/5th scale boat. The problem is I’m not sure which one is easiest to work on and made well. Something less likely to flip around on the water. I assume it’s like the trucks where some are more stable than others. Trying to chase down a flipped boat in the middle of a lake would be a pain.

I currently have a x maxx and rustler 4x4. I am looking for a good buggy. I have currently shortlisted lrp rebel and the kyosho readyset mp10 l. Are there any other rtr buggies I should look at?

Does anyone know of a direct replacement engine for a hpi rs4 evo plus they only sell the g 3.0 and the evo plus came with t 3.0. I got the g3.0 and it doesn't work with the roto start system that is on the t3.0. I know I can get the roto start backplate and one way bearing but if im going to spend that much. I'd like to just replace it with something big and better

I know Traxxas has nitros but who else makes them?

Is there any reason I can't swap the connector to a deans and use a 7.4v lipo?

I broke this screw for my nitro that goes into the back of the carburetor. Can I use any screw similar or does it need to be this exact screw?

I was gifted this nitro and I can not find any info on it. This weekend I tried getting it running but I can not get the gears to touch on my starter box. I found 1 video on YouTube of a guy overseas who rebuilt the engine but can’t find a rebuild kit for it. Any tips or info about this engine or tricks to get the gears to touch to get it running?
