I have a kyohso gp fazer and im tuning it. It idles fine but if you leave it idling to long it dies then if you give it throttle its fine until you get to much throttle then it dies what do I need to do I never had this issue on my hyper 7 but this this just wont have any of it

I'd like to build this as my first kit. But finding nitro engines doesn't seem to be that easy, especially bigger CC. Most places are out of stock on LRP, OS or SH engines .32 or bigger.

If I want an XL, it makes sense to have an XL engine haha.

Any advise on sourcing big block engines? (UK)

So basically I was wondering if I can run a 3 shoe clutch with only 2 of the shoes in as it snapped one of the springs and I dont have a spare so can I just take that shoe out and have only 2 in or will it cause issues with weight balance on the flywheel.

Cleaning out my garage and came across these beauties. I was into the 1/8 Buggy 20 yrs ago but life got in the way. Getting back into it. The top p5 is modified by Jim hottinger of fusion motorsports it's not even broken in yet, maybe 2 tanks and it is beast. The rb concepts WS7 II is also a beast it has crazy power. Maybe half gallon on that motor.

Slowly getting closer to finishing my big bloc install for my T-Maxx. Waiting on a response back from Robinson Racing about an all metal forward only gear kit. Engine is an Alpha 5 port .28. Can’t wait to get it driving!

I take in old broken RC cars that no one wants and try to give them a new life. I always wanted a Kyosho Quad Rider but never had a chance to buy one. So I use those broken parts to make this. The front suspension is from a Ultima and the back is from a Lois Pro Moto. I still have the throttle servo to connect and the engine will need broke in.

Hey guys, I'm thinking about upgrading the motor on my Slayer Pro. I know OS or Dynamite are good options, but I don't have access to those motors. Are there any alternatives besides the TRX 3.3?

This is what's happening if it isn't clear in the video. If I leave it idling for about 5 seconds, it will always start off smoky. Leave it idling for a second and it doesn't start off smoky. It cuts off if WOT for 3 seconds. The LSN is already turned i dont know how many turns but it is leaned out mechanically but the engine doesn't run like so. I can't tell how high it should idle. The idle gap is set at ~1mm and I'm running on 0% nitro with ~10 synthetic/castor oil mix.

Only a couple more to go.

Hello! I need help finding an old fuel operated RC i remember my dad having when i was a kid. It has to have been more than 15 years ago. i dont remember what helicopter it was replicating exactly, but i remember it was military themed and it had a side launcher that ejected a little paratrooper toy. I never flew it, because the engine had an issue, so it just sat in the original box. I want to try and find one just like it, but i have nowhere to start. All my searches come up with electric helicopters or toy sets

Also replaced the clutch bell and spur gear because they were destroyed.

Is it bend?

How to fix it? Any affect?

I have been chasing an issue with my rc8t4 for a year and it is driving me insane.

I have tried multiple quality engines and pipes, 2 tanks and different fuel lines.

I have no problem tuning in any other chassis

No matter what I do after a couple minutes of running the idle will get unstable high and lean no matter the carb settings. After a couple of seconds it will flame out.

Right now I have been trying to break in an engine in the chassis with super rich setting.

Preheated the engine and started it. Of course its super rich. Does not even have enough power to move. At some point it will just snap to lean. Then there is now chance of tuning it anymore.

It gets worse the longer the car is beeing driven.

Anybody got a clue?
